Being a fitness junkie, I am all about eating healthy at home & outside, and I love how Luna Grill’s menu is full of healthy & delicious dishes. There is a wide variety of bowls, salads, and plates to choose from. I am a vegetarian, so I love the Falafel plate with handmade falafel, tahini, salad, rice, & pita. You can also customize your plates! My husband eats meat, so he ordered the Modern Greek salad with Chicken kabobs, which comes with pita too. Luna Grill also has a large selection for kids. My son had grilled chicken with fries. We ordered a side of hummus to share, which comes with 10 pieces of pita, or you can substitute with carrots. Oh, and you have to try their sweet melt in your mouth, Baklava. Ummm, I am getting hungry thinking of all that good food. 🙂

Luna Grill uses preservative-free, all-natural & cage-free poultry. Their ground beef & lamb has no added growth hormones, which to me is such a relief. As a mom, I want my son to eat cruelty & hormone-free meat. They are fully committed & passionate about providing fresh, quality food. Honestly, you can tell how fresh the food is with its taste. I give Luna Grill 10/10 for using fresh ingredients. Even my salads were very fresh & delicious!

As a family, we love Mediterranean food, not only because it’s delicious but also because it’s one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. So when I discovered Luna Grill, I was beyond excited. The food is great and the restaurant interiors are beautiful and comfortable. Overall, it is a fantastic dining & order-in experience. They have several locations around the DFW metroplex & in California.

I know going to Greece is hard right now, but I promise you can get a taste of it at Luna grill 🙂
